Comrade Dauda Extends Easter Greetings to Residents of Ikeja

Executive Chairman of Ikeja Local Government, Comrade Akeem Olalekan Dauda, has extended warm and heartfelt Easter greetings to all residents of Ikeja as Christians across the world commemorate the resurrection of Jesus Christ.

In his Easter message, Comrade Dauda described Easter as a sacred season that symbolises hope, renewal, sacrifice, and the triumph of light over darkness — a time for deep reflection on the values of love, unity, and selfless service to humanity.

The Chairman urged the good people of Ikeja to embrace the spirit of Easter by promoting peace, tolerance, and communal harmony, calling on residents to continue coming together as one people, regardless of their differences, to build a more inclusive, progressive, and prosperous Ikeja.

Comrade Dauda reaffirmed his administration's commitment to delivering people-oriented governance, sustainable development, and improved welfare for every resident of the local government.

He encouraged all residents to remain hopeful and steadfast, drawing strength from the message of the resurrection.
