Comrade Dauda Joins Democracy Day Solidarity March in Support of President Tinubu's Renewed Hope Agenda

Executive Chairman of Ikeja Local Government, Comrade Akeem Olalekan Dauda, joined hundreds of patriotic Nigerians at a Democracy Day Solidarity March held in support of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and his Renewed Hope Agenda.
Also in attendance were the Vice Chairman of Ojodu LCDA, Alhaja Kafayat Funmilayo Layeni (KFL), and the President of Team Nigeria for Change, Otunba Bestman Nze-Jumbo, who led hundreds of members of his organisation to the event.
As part of the celebration, Comrade Dauda mobilised hundreds of Ikeja residents and APC members to participate in the solidarity walk. He used the occasion to commend President Tinubu for granting financial autonomy to Local Governments, describing the decision as bold and historic, and noting that it has strengthened governance at the grassroots and accelerated development across communities.
The Chairman urged Nigerians to continue to keep faith with the President and support his administration, stating that the difficult but necessary reforms being implemented are already laying the foundation for a stronger, more prosperous, and more sustainable Nigeria.

Speaking on security, Otunba Bestman Nze-Jumbo, an alternative security expert, emphasised the need for governments at all levels to remain proactive in tackling security challenges. He expressed confidence that the gains being recorded would continue, assuring Nigerians that the Tinubu administration remains committed to protecting lives and property across the country.
The event concluded with prayers for the safe return of abducted schoolchildren and all other victims of kidnapping across the nation. Participants reaffirmed their commitment to democracy, national unity, peace, and the continued progress of Nigeria.
