
Comrade Dauda Joins Deputy Governor Hamzat at Ikeja Central Mosque for Juma'at Prayer and 10th Year Remembrance of Late Alhaji Jafojo

Executive Chairman of Ikeja Local Government, Comrade Akeem Olalekan Dauda, joined the Deputy Governor of Lagos State, Dr. Kadiri Obafemi Hamzat, at the Ikeja Central Mosque for the observance of the weekly Juma'at prayers.
The special prayer session also marked the 10th year remembrance of the late Alhaji Rafiu Bakare Jafojo, a revered statesman who served Lagos State with distinction as Deputy Governor. Prayers were offered for the repose of his soul, while those gathered reflected on his enduring legacy of humility, integrity, and dedicated service to the people.
Comrade Dauda described the life and times of the late Jafojo as a strong reference point in Lagos State's political journey, noting that his contributions to governance and public service continue to resonate years after his passing.
